Safety Testing Equipment
We offer a variety of safety testing equipment such as test finger probes, waterproof testers, and combustion testers.
Contact probes (AUTOSTRONG)
- Pin-type test instruments for testing as specified in safety standards.
- This is a probe with a thin tip that prevents children from touching parts that may be accidentally touched.
- Contact probes for performing tests specified in safety standards. Various shapes are available according to the required specifications.

Waterproof Standard Test (AUTOSTRONG)
- The water spray nozzle AUTO-PZ can be used in IPX3-4 tests for water spray and water splash. Suitable for testing of the main small products. It is designed and manufactured according to international standards IEC60529, IEC60598-1, IEC 60335-1, and IEC60745-1. A hydrometer and regulating valve are standard and a flowmeter is offered as an option.
- This performs drip water tests equivalent to IPX1 and IPX2 and is suitable for testing large specimens. It complies with IEC60529 and other waterproof test standards. Waterproofing equipment is required for installation and use. Chamber type testers for smaller specimens are also available.
- AUTO-IPX3/4 is a water spray and splash tester using an oscillating tube and is suitable for testing large specimens. Waterproofing equipment is required for installation. The tester is equipped with casters for easy transportation.
- AUTO-IPX7/8 is a tester that submerges a specimen in a tank of fresh water to check for water intrusion at a predetermined water pressure and time.
Combustion Test(AUTOSTRONG)
- -
- AUTO-LDA is mainly used to measure the tracking performance of solid electrical insulation materials that affect electrical resistance. The angle of the electrode and the height of the solution can be easily adjusted, and parameters such as voltage, current limit, and drop spacing can all be set. In case of failure, the tester's bell rings and the experiment is automatically stopped. Complies with IEC60112, IEC60335-1, IEC60598-1, etc.
- Measures flame retardancy of samples with a needle flame (Φ0.9mm) combustor. Applicable for measurement of lighting, low-voltage appliances, household appliances, electrical and electronic products and their parts, insulating materials and engineering plastics. Complies with standards such as IEC60695-2-10:2000, UL746A, etc.
- The AUTO-ZRSA is a chamber-type tester for testing electrotechnical products for fire hazard. It comes with a digital temperature indicator, which in combination with a thermocouple accurately measures the temperature of the glow wire. The control unit's electrical circuits are fully protected by fuses and small circuit breakers. Complies with standards such as IEC60695-2-10:2000 and UL746A.
- It is composed of a chamber and a control part to facilitate on-site operation. All critical parts are manufactured in smoke and gas corrosion resistant stainless steel to ensure safety.
- AUTO-DSP is a combustion tester designed to meet the requirements of IEC60332-1-1 and IEC60332-1-2, IEC60695-11-2, and other standards.
Other Safety Standard Test (SCI)
- The 260 Series is a ground continuity tester. It outputs a current that meets NRTL specifications and offers two simple, easy-to-use models. Extremely lightweight and compact and can be easily deployed in laboratories or on production lines.
- The SCI 290 series include voltage resistance testers. Rugged, lightweight, compact and simple design. Models that can also be used for insulation resistance testing are also available.
